Project Overview

Print Collateral for an Evolving Brand

Client: Internal stakeholders at Ticketmaster
Type: Print collateral design and production oversight
Context: Created during a brand refresh with no finalized visual system

Scope of Work

  • Printed Ads

  • B2B event and print signage

  • Printed internal documentation

  • With the company mid-way through a multi-year brand refresh, there were no formal print guidelines—only a handful of approved digital examples. The task was to create printed materials that looked cohesive, aligned with the emerging brand direction, and printed accurately, despite not having CMYK or Pantone color specifications. The challenge required both creative sensitivity and production-level precision.

  • I worked from early-stage digital comps and UI samples, identifying consistent elements like typography, layout rhythm, and brand color usage. Without CMYK/PMS values, I manually translated digital hex values into print-ready color builds, conducting tests to ensure fidelity across coated and uncoated stocks. Every piece was built with printer specs in mind, using InDesign, Illustrator, and pre-press tools to ensure smooth vendor handoff and reliable results.

The process involved ongoing coordination with internal stakeholders, frequent check-ins to validate design direction, and independent decision-making to bridge gaps left by the unfinished brand system.
